Shipping Instructions

  1. Please provide notice to the EPL Archives Logistics and Client Services team by sending an email to shipping@eplarchives.comand include the following information:

    – Client / Sponsor Name and contact authorizing shipment;
    – Material/Data Description and Volume;
    – Material/Data Storage Environment
    (i.e., controlled room temperature, refrigerated, -20C, -70C/-80C or vapor phase nitrogen cryogenic);
    – Planned ship date, carrier and tracking information if available; and
    – Attach any relevant transfer, inventory, or other related documents.

  2. Ship all client material to: EPL Archives, Inc.
